How does Outer Town work?
Outer Town is an urban music festival in the Old Market area of Bristol. To get into all of the venues (age restrictions may apply) you will need an Outer Town wristband, which you get from 12pm on the day of the event by visiting our Wristband Exchange at Trinity Centre and scanning your e-ticket for a wristband.
As venue capacities are controlled, we recommend that if you are keen to see a particular band you make sure to get to the stage with plenty of time to spare, to avoid disappointment.
When is the festival?
Outer Town takes place on Saturday the 11th of April, 2026.
Is there an age restriction at Outer Town?
14+ (u18's must be accompanied by an adult)
Some venues have age restrictions past certain times, please check with these venues before attending. You may be denied access to venues at certain times depending on their age restriction rules.

WRISTBAND & TICKET INFO
Where can I get my wristband from?
Once you have purchased your ticket online, you'll get an e-ticket before the festival, please have this downloaded onto your phone or printed out for the day, your e-tickets will be scanned and exchanged for a wristband at Trinity Centre's Wristband Exchange. Open from 12:00 to 21:00.
Limited wristbands may be available to purchase on the day of the festival from Wristband Exchange, but we would always recommend buying in advance to avoid any disappointment. Wristband Exchange will take place at Trinity Centre's box office.
Wristband Exchange
Wristband exchange will be at Trinity Centre's Box Office. Doors open at 12:00, and music starts at 14:00. The DIY market will start at 12:00.
Can I buy a ticket on the day of the event?
In the case that the event doesn't sell out in advance, there will be tickets available at wristband exchange, but we suggest that you buy tickets in advance to avoid disappointment.
Can I pick up a wristband for a friend or family member?
Unfortunately not, each attendee needs to be present to collect wristbands.

What are the venue capacities?
Venue capacities will differ from venue to venue. Each room will have a limit, once this is reached entrance will be restricted. You may drop in and out of venues and provided there's capacity you'll be able to enter.
